Terms of service

These terms govern your use of YoloTrade (the "Service"), provided by [legal entity name — company not yet registered], [registered address — not yet registered] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

YoloTrade provides market analysis tools, alerts, news and an economic calendar for cryptocurrency markets. It is educational and informational. It is not investment advice; please read the risk disclaimer.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
• Sign in is by a one-time code sent to your email, by Google, or by Telegram. Keep access to those accounts secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person may hold one account. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service, create multiple accounts to avoid limits, or break these terms.
• Connecting Telegram requires verifying a phone number. A phone number and a Telegram account can belong to only one YoloTrade account.

3. Plans and limits

Plans have usage limits (for example analyses per day and active alerts). We may change plans, limits and prices; paid plans will not start until we say so, and we will tell you before you are charged anything.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our data or analysis, or attempt to overload or break the Service.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass or defraud others.

5. No warranty, limited liability

The Service is provided "as is". Data, analysis and alerts may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, brand and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it under these terms.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. You can close your account at any time by contacting us, and we may suspend or end the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city — not yet registered] have jurisdiction.
